Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional conversations at $0.05 per conversation.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. You pay the subscription, and you can cancel anytime.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20%, which works out to two months free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans.
