MAEVE AI provides an AI-powered chatbot service designed to assist businesses with customer support, appointment booking, product recommendations, and other customer service functions. The service includes access to our platform, chatbot widget, analytics dashboard, and related features.

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may offer a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial periods are limited to one per customer.
The service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by MAEVE AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you collect through our service complies with applicable privacy laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAEVE AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. AI responses may not always be accurate, and you should review and verify all chatbot interactions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAEVE AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
